• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Got a new battery from LaMonster arriving tomorrow and if that doesn't fix it, I'll bring it in and see what they say. I don't want to give them a chance to blame it all on a weak battery and charge me a ton of $$ for 'diagnostic fees' and a crap replacement battery.

    Turns out, mine is (hopefully) just a weak battery. I've put a battery tender on it overnight and at work during the day for the past three days and not been able to hear the squeal since. Going to order a new battery today and see what happens. Reading previous comments about smoother shifts...

    Did the change to Amsoil make a difference? I've got a '23 RTL with 20K miles and have been hearing similar noises for a while, and I'm considering trying the Amsoil. Also, did you use the 5w-40 or 10w-40?
