• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking forward to seeing your results sir. Personally, I wouldn't mount the kendas! (See, I can't even capitalize the name!)

Does this Belt Tensioner Idler Stabilizer Roller look familiar?

I am careful buying crap from China! Imagine laying under a car being held up by Chinese made jack stands!

Just sold my Harley and have follow up questions - what spec RT; Base, Ltd, Sea to Sky? Used, or new?

I will add this sir. When you do sell your Harley, look at private sellers. I have purchased two Spyders and a Slingshot from private sellers. All three went extremely well, AND I didn't pay all of the ridiculous doc fees and other bullcrap fees Dealers charge and tack on! And you are usually...

Getting a Vibration through the seat - anyone offer a seat cushion to offset? Any tips/hints?

Not trying to start anything here, however, would that not be masking a potential problem. In a lot of years messing with Spyders, I've never heard of them. Wonder how many people use them?

Will any year Spyder Centramatic Wheel Balancers fit my 2025? Anyone know where I can still get a set?

Please don't shoot the messenger! I brought my Freightliner truck, it had Centromatics on it. First time in my absolutely awesome mechanics garage, he took them off and threw them away! He had seen more problems with them than without them! I always listened to his great advice!

Any Suggestions for new Riding Footwear?

I'm a retired truck driver. An old driver told me once to purchase 2 pairs of the same shoes at the same time. Wear a pair for a week, the the other pair for a week. That way the just worn pair gets to dry out for the week. Over the years, I purchased a lot fewer shoes thans folks that wore the...

Just sold my Harley and have follow up questions - what spec RT; Base, Ltd, Sea to Sky? Used, or new?

I have purchased two Spyders and a Slingshot from private sellers! All good experiences, AND I didn't have to pay the ridiculous DOC fees, prep fees, and all the other bullcrap fees they tack on! In each case, I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and a fair price. One came off Facebook...

Thinking of switching to a Spyder, any others jumped from their Harley's to Spyders? Any advice welcome...

You won't regret it! I looked at the Harleys Tri-Glide, thought it was a piece of crap. Thought the Goldwing might be the way to go. Went to a Can-Am dealership to look at a Goldwing they had, lady gave me a Spyder brochure, once I read it, I've had two! The safety engineering they put into...

Been Away but Back after Back Surgery and a Fun Lake Superior Circle Tour

You aren't looking for advice, however, I'm going to give you some. It's been 10 years now since my back surgery. I'll not forget my surgeon telling me, " if you don't want to see me again, DO NOT reach out away from your body and try to pick ANYTHING up!" I haven't, and no problems since...

After 3 years of planning, I am riding Route 66 starting June 8

I saw where a guy and his daughter are leaving Utah, heading for Santa Monica Pier, and doing the entire Route 66 Eastbound on a Spyder!

Question for all, and BRP - why is there not a dip stick mark for the correct oil level in a cold Spyder engine?

Ron, not trying to start an argument sir! We have a YardMan with Honda 160cc engine. Not sure how many hours, it's about 10 years old. The oil in it looks like the day it was new. I suspect that when I change the oil in the Briggs and Stratton, that it will be black after an hour! Lol
