• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Oil - Full Synthetic or Synthetic Blend??

    I've used Rotella oils for years in all my bikes without any issues. I also used in it my class 8 Mack for over 2.8 million miles and zero issues. The Rotella T6 5W40 has been used in my 2015 RTS since new and it has 82000 km no issues. So yes, Rotella is good in my mind.

    Kenda tires - I truly don't understand the hateful responses to Kenda tires. I have over 22,000 km on mine and they're only 50% worn.

    I guess maybe because I treat my Spyder as a touring machine and not a dragster or racer that it was never intended to be.     Kenda tires - I don't quite understand why everyone has a huge dislike to Kenda tires. I have over 22,000 km on all three of my Kenda tires and still have 50% tread left. I run 26 psi rear and 20 psi front, no cupping, and no center wear on rear. Sorry, just my finding. I'm not a new rider...

    Thanks for the welcome. Thanks for the welcome. Fifty plus years of two wheels now life has directed my to a Spyder .so far a great ride. 3200km in three weeks. Only complaint is the seat.
