• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

F3S windshield. Is the "glass" only available without hardware?

Thanks for the reply BC, I'll have to uncover the beast and measure the bolt centers and compare it to the drawings. As I said, I think they're the same but $600 is a lot to take a chance on. LOL Anyone buy one in Canada who can answer the duty question? That's one thing I'm not willing to take...

F3S windshield. Is the "glass" only available without hardware?

Anyone from Canada buy from 7jurock? I priced up a windshield from them, light tint, 26" with shipping it's CAN$ 560. Couple questions, did you get nailed duty and when they mention "blueridge mounting hardware" is that the OEM original hardware? It appears to be by the pics but I can't tell...

What do you prefer to use for lifting your Spyder/Ryker?

I've got mine on a regular bike lift. Bolted a suitable size piece of 3/4 plywood to the top of the two lift arms. I screwed a narrow piece of 1/2 plywood that fits between the muffler and the back bone so it can't slide in or out and helps me center it and keep it centered. The 3/4 plywood sits...

Anyone tried Carpuride W702 S Pro?

My Garmin would do that unless I used the branded Garmin usb power supply. Same setup, correct amperage etc., 12V cigarette lighter adaptor to a usb plug on the end of a cable. It would turn on for maybe 5 minutes or so then shut off. Ticked me off that they tie you to their system but whadda...

New Old guy - introducing myself and my 2015 F3S!

I'm 70 and that's the reason I sold my Voyager and got a Spyder. Same model and year as ChiefDan other than the colour.

If the judicial system holds true to form they'll probably get off on suspended probation. As for restitution, blood out of a stone.

A tip for making your radio sound louder.

Not on my current ride, the F3, but my previous, a Voyager, I found a set of foam earplugs helped me hear the radio 100% better. Only reason I can think is that the wind noise has a certain frequency the plugs blocked, but still allowed the music through. I will say the Voyager had a lot higher...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

We had that here in NS a couple of days ago, the roads were actually nice and clean, very little snow left, but in the woods and some spots on the shoulders. Looked outside tonight a couple of hours ago and what went by but a salt truck just peppering the wet roads. Calling for a couple of cm...

2010 RT turns over, but won't start - Any thoughts before I trailer it to the dealer?

Battery any good? Load test it, not just voltage.

2010 RT turns over, but won't start - Any thoughts before I trailer it to the dealer?

As others said, perfect for generating 1/2 tank of water and with the added bonus of corn gas besides. Drain the fuel system, hope the water hasn't damaged the injectors and top it up with fresh fuel and a bit of ATF to lubricate fuel system bits. As Mikey said, starting it for a couple minutes...

Has anyone tried Reverse Brake Bleeding on their Spyder? Was it effective?

If you first suck out the old fluid from the reservoir, give it a wipe out, put a bit of new in it, wipe it out again then fill it up with new and then either pump out the brake cylinders, draw it thru the system with a vacuum bleeder (way I did mine) or use speed bleeders, I think it'd be the...

Has anyone tried Reverse Brake Bleeding on their Spyder? Was it effective?

As in forcing the fluid backwards into the reservoir, never heard of it? If that's what you're meaning I can see only disadvantages main one being you then have to suck the fluid/crud out of the reservoir with more chance of spiling it on the paint.

Wind Rider Seat Cover - Anyone have one? Any feedback?

Got this reply from Windrider, think I'll wait 'till it's in production: Hi Mike, Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to assist you with finding a seat cover that will fit your bike, we will need the measurements of your seat from staple to staple as shown in the video. Please provide...
