• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

HCM filter change, now in Limp Mode with Engine & VSS Lights - anyone else? Any solutions?

Since you have a 2020 RTL, did you remove right side floor boards, and then remove large black panel to access the HCM filter? If you did you could have hit the brake light switch on removing or putting parts back on bike.

2013 Spyder RT Limited SM5 reverse works but won't back up a hill due to limiter

I never had an issue backing up on my 2011 SM5. Have had the limiter kick in a few times and I believe I could rev higher than 3,000 rpms. Maybe get your Spyder reflashed.

Is the General Altimax RT45 a good Replacing rear tire for a 2017 Spyder RT Ltd?

On my General 45 (rear) i run at 20 psi. My fronts I run 19.5 on my Continentals. I ride double 95% of the time. I ran 43s for years on my 2011. Had great results.

I would upgrade bolt to a grade 8.

RTL - brake pad replacement intervals. Just replaced my pads at 21,000 miles. Is this a fair mileage?

On my '21 RTL I changed the rear pads at 33,000 miles. OEM pads had a little life left in them. At 37,000 miles, I am still on the OEM front pads. As Mikey stated, I use EBC replacement pads from Baja Ron.

Here's my Can-Am-pedia - I hope it helps to collect and share info about the Can‑Am On-Road universe.

Great write up. I noticed that on the display page that you have the RT (2010 to 2012) using the RS/GS gauge cluster. The RT used the 2nd gen cluster on those years. Bruce
