• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    My comment was about the timing of when would you get to enjoy the trip. I don't have a place to store the Spyder in California. Also if the Spyder has damage that can be a real pistol. That is my Tip.

    Well, several of my Spyder Ryding Friends have been using a Lithium Battery for about 3 years. No problems so far. I see that Lamonster Garage is now selling a Lithium Battery. So I will try one next time I need a new battery. (y)

    I believe that a Lithium-ion battery is the better way to go for your Spyder. That is the way I am going to go on my next Battery for my Spyder.

    What city do you recommend in Arizona? I was out there in 2023 and it was way too hot for us. Last 2 weeks of February and the First two weeks of March. Some friends said that was the better time.

    I believe that this time of year people have a lot of activities going on. So most people like my wife and me, just don't want all that running around. We are doing more car travel than Spyder. Just my thoughts on seeing less Spyder on the road. (y)
