• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trailer hitch removal - can I just slide out the hitch thru-bolt without causing issues - 2022 RT Limited?

The one with the long slot on the back goes on the passenger/right side. The longer slot is because of the carter key.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

This newest to me Spyder RTL did not have the little compartment door in the top case. It had a wrap around goodie bag holder that I removed. So today I made a DIY door. Velcro was already there in the compartment from the thing that I removed. -

Hitch part number. It came with my new to me 2018 RTL in Washington. The seller had it removed when he bought the trike in 2022. I believe is fits all RT's up to 2019. Price reduced to $350.

These really catch your eye. And the aftermarket square turn signal button helps for correct cancelling.

If it gets the transmission recall or has had it recently, then oil, both filters, and anti-freeze will have been or is going to be changed as part of the recall.

    Found a 2017 F3S - Should I get a used one? Pros & Cons??

I just bought a 2018 RTL with 4100 miles, and replacing the tires was first on my list do to the age of the tires. It was always garaged and the tires looked like new. But in my book they had aged out. Check on recalls, mine had gotten the sprocket recall competed, and on the 16th it goings in...

I want Spyder/Ryker/Canyon dealerships to succeed

The problem as I see it is that the Can Am Spyder/Ryker is a secondary product line to them, so they take a back seat to their main SxS and motorcycle lines which sell much higher numbers of units. I do not think any dealer could make it selling just Spyders and Rykers.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Received my OEM brake pedal today. The 10mm threads had rubber vulcanized in them, and I did not have a 10mm tap to try to clean them up. So I tapped them out to 1/4-20, and made my own tab to keep ones foot from going under the pedal.

Are people throwing better shocks at their trike first, instead of better tires?

So a lot of posts about installing better shocks got me thinking. My first 2018 Asphalt Grey RTL came to me with stage 1 Elka shocks. I installed Vredestein's and a General out back right away. The newest 2018 RTL got Vredestein's before I took it out on the road, and will get a General out...
