• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I used to come up to Noyo River to work on the KARR 222 radio on the 82 footer a lot. It would blow the bridge rectifier that fed current to the stepper motor to change channels.

    Stay off of Highway 1 or it will be a two day trip each way. I spent a 1.5 years in Point Arena in 1967/68 while in the USCG at the Loran A Station. If I had shipped over I would have gone to Samoa to run the electronic repair ship there.

    I have now replaced 6 or 7 sway bars now, drove up ramps on some, four post lift with a center panel remove, floor jack, and the last one as pictured in post #3928 (see that page linked below) which was one of the quickest ways for old bar out, new bar in. Only need my thumb to raise it...

    Fronts are no issue, except some tire shops do not have the right cone to balance them. Learn to and purchase the correct tools, and you can do the rear yourself. Or find someone in your area willing to help.

    If the 11' is to the front of the V, then I think you will have trouble with the Spyder facing forward. And to trailer the Spyder the other way around, you will have to remove the windshield. You really need to test fit it before buying it, or get more detailed measurements.

    Our 6x12 enclosed trailer set up for our Can Am Spyder S2S

    I tow it with a 2021 F-150 SC 4x4 with 2.7L Ecoboost. Truck get 22-24 MPH on freeway driving. Between Arizona and Washington I get around 16-18 towing with the Spyder on the trailer. SxS on the trailer was 15-16. I stay at a max 65 when towing.

    In Arizona drivers race at a red light throw the anchor out at the last minute. If you are slowing for the light they whip around you so they can continue to race at the red light.

    Check Engine lamp and fault codes P061E & P0504, Brake signal not plausible, Brake lights on all the time, is this normal, or is something else wrong?

    FYI, pressing the brake pedal kicks off CC, so that is why it won't set again, as it is seeing the brake (lamps) are on. Pull up on the pedal and see if the brake lamps go off.
