• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've got a bent front wheel - any idea where to buy a new one?

Break away? I have never been able to get a Vredestein Quatrac in both 165/60R15 on the Champaign trike and 175/55R15 on the Asphalt trike to "break away". And have no idea why one would want that to happen. With the General Altimax 215/60R15 out back, no under or over steer, trikes just goes...

I've got a bent front wheel - any idea where to buy a new one?

I see he did say he changed the tires. So as Peter says it is most likely a manufacturing problem in the wheel.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I gave up my motorcycle endorsement decades ago. I had just a Washington three and side car endorsement and now have L-Motorcycle endorsement. I can not find the difference between a M and L endorsement on the Arizona web site. Motorcycle License (Class M) A motorcycle license or...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Yes it is required in Wa. I took the BRP riding course in Az while I was a Wa resident, and Wa would not accept it, as they require side car also. So I took the Wa course and got the endorsement. Then I switched to being an Az resident, and Az accepted my motorcycle endorsement.

First time ride on my Spyder today - I think I'm gonna like it!

We here in the East Valley of Phoenix have a great little scenic ride in the twisties from Apache Junction to the end of the payment past Canyon Lake/Tortilla flats. 25.8 miles one way from my place. Gives one's upper body a bit of a workout, and teaches you to lean forward and into the corners...

Just remember to look to where you want to go! And put pressure on your outside foot. Don't get distracted looking at an oncoming vehicle.

Any advantages to not using Sway Bar End Link spacers? Any update on benefits/tricks for spacer install?

Take a wooden dowel the same diameter as the bolt. Cut it the lenght off to match end with the spacers. Put the end up into the frame and push the dowel out with the bolt!. Works great!!!!!!!

No tail lights or brake lights after installing LED's - any ideas?

That is there to create the trike chassis as a ground plane for the antenna I believe. I would not have an effect on anything but radio reception.

No tail lights or brake lights after installing LED's - any ideas?

That's pretty weird, drawing 12+V down to 3 volts should blow a fuse. OR are you saying the with the fuse removed you see a 3V source vs 12V?

FS: 2023 Can Am Spyder RT-Limited in Northern CA

Man, if I was in the market for the newer gen Spyder, I would have hooked up my trailer back in March for road trip from East Valley of Phoenix. Tried to talk my riding buddy Jerry into a road trip to buy it back then, and he wants to sell one of his 2018's first. I also you two 2018's, if I...

Slightly bogging in reverse - any ideas?

If it only happen once maybe that was it. Ask me how I know. I have PN in both feet from AO, and I do that without knowing where my right foot is once in a while. The PN is why I have a three wheeler, and not a two wheeler. You could do a little test to see if that gives you a similar sensation.
