• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Is this a rebranded Haijiu? (F3-S 2026)

I sure hope it's not a rebranded Haijiu. Company profile says Leoch is headquartered in Singapore, not China. The Leoch in my Canyon specifies 310 CCA. There's not a speck of spare room in the Canyon's battery box, it fits this dinky battery like a glove. How about yours? Sarah

Short gal needs a mounting peg on a Ryker Rally - any advice on how/where to mount one?

Hi Pam, Where do you have your foot pegs set presently? They'll slide all along the rail, and I found I liked them best slid all the way back nearest the seat. That gave me the most secure feeling of control, especially in the curves, and made it easy to step up and on the bike. Here's the...

Unusual display issue on my Canyon - locked & didn't show any changes; then dropped out; went blank, but then reset. Anyone else?

Doug and I put the multimeter on my battery yesterday, the bike had sat for a full week after a 300+ mile ride. So in case a comparison is helpful: Key off 13.06 Key on 12.50 with all sorts of fluctuating before it began to settle While starting 11.4 At idle 14.3 2500 RPM 14.3 Leoch factory...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Cut the 23" down a bit? I couldn't get the factory shield on the Canyon to suit me either, rather than buy the sport shield we just gave mine a good trim. Sarah

Do I have correct windshield hardware F3S? Any Ideas on what to do now?

Well that's terribly frustrating. I have no experience with 7Jurock, but I've read nothing but good about their windshields. Sarah

Do I have correct windshield hardware F3S? Any Ideas on what to do now?

Early on I believe you had a '15 and were waiting on a windshield, and have since moved to a '22, is that right? I just mention that in case the the windshields are different for the two models. Regardless, 7Jurock should be able to sort it out. Sarah

Took delivery of my Canyon Base

After following me a good bit on this recent trip, Doug says in his opinion the Canyon lacks visibility from the rear. I’m not sure I want to mess with the lighting, but I’ll see about some reflective stickers at the least. Sarah

What did you do to your Spyder today?

I saw quite a sight from the seat of my Canyon yesterday. Doug and I have been at St. Augustine Beach this week and are on our way home. Yesterday we rode up through Georgia on Hwy 1 and just happened to catch the Blue Angels practicing for an upcoming show. Riding along completely unsuspecting...

Learning to ride this bike: my progress so far

I’ve moved from a Ryker Sport to a base Canyon. My Ryker sat much lower and literally felt like it was glued to the road. With the Canyon’s higher stance I’ve become aware of the importance of weighting the outside peg in the curves. The tighter the curve the more important the weight. Brace...
