• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How much work is involved in replacing the brake switch?

It's not hard to change, just hard to access. If it wasn't for the fact that the wire is tie-wrapped in an inaccessible location, you could change it from underneath the bike. Most of the right side body has to be removed.

Had my Speedometer head replaced - is there any way of correcting the odometer?

BUDS can increase only, not decrease.

    New RT Ltd driver

Sorry about your health issues, but you will like the newer bike a lot more. And you will certainly see a fuel mileage increase!

Missing the colored rear panel on 2025 S2S - did the dealer give you one?

Very similar story. I had to make them find my rear panel, (still in the box), when I bought a 2025 S2S.

Right lights not working after repair - any ideas?

Does the green wire have a color stripe or is it solid green? On the 3 wire connector that is capped, if it has a black wire, a gray with a beige stripe, and a gray with a green stripe, it's for the optional fog light.

    Where does this spring belong?

I disagree. That's not the reservoir retainer. There is no spring for the frunk.

"Check Key" Msg on display - Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Have you installed your key into any kind of a metal key holder? If so, it could be causing interference with the DESS antenna. Try just the plain key by itself...

Fitted EBC Rotors and Pads, now it has a pulsing feeling when slowing down under a light pedal!

New rotors could not have any old pad residue. Still a good idea to clean them of any possible left over machine oil. EBC brakes have a very specific bedding in process that should be followed, not only to maximize braking power, but also to maximize their life.

2014 Can Am Spyder with Error code P0976 - any ideas on this will be appreciated?

Here's what I would do next: Start the bike, and let it idle until the cooling fans run for two cycles. It could take a while based on ambient temperature. THEN redo the BUDS tests. Everything you are seeing is oil related; either viscosity, or quantity. Also, perform the BUDS HCM ventilation...

A word of warning about 2024 and newer RT and F3 handlebars!

A word of warning. Since the 2024 model year, Spyders, both RT's and F3's, have had a major change to the handlebars. I'm not talking about the switches and their new locations. The handlebars now are tapered at the ends and are NOT interchangeable with earlier model year handlebars. Also, you...

The Customer Accessory Power Connectors are not there on my 2025 F3-T!

The "normal" "Customer Accessory Circuits" are not there anymore. However, I can give you two suggestions. On the F3, on the left side of the bike, about even with the edge of the drivers seat, there is a capped off connection for a GPS. It is a switched 12v power supply. Also, on the right side...

2014 Can Am Spyder with Error code P0976 - any ideas on this will be appreciated?

Hook BUDS back up and go through all the transmission functions. Especially the shift point engagements and clutch engagements. I think it will sort itself out. That code references a sticking solenoid valve. The BUDS tests and a few warmup cycles should get the oil flowing again.

Anyone in South Carolina with BUDS?

I normally charge $50 to disable DESS. I would love to take your money, but on your bike, it's really not necessary like it was on earlier model years. The DESS module is very dependable now. The only reason to disable it now is to be able use a hardware store key. If you have both keys that...

2025 RT Ltd GPS/Navigation - will it work with Android phones, or must I have an iPhone & headset?

I'm using the INNOVV N1Pro on my 2025 RT S2S. It's Android Auto and Apple Car Play plus a dashcam. It works perfectly and I have it setup to start Waze automatically. Great for navigation and road hazard warnings (read police) in the helmet through my Cardo.

Are 2024/25 F3's missing the 2 Accessory Circuits? What have you done about this on yours?

The only circuit I've found on my 2025 RT S2S is the one for the GPS power that's been in that spot since my 2020 RTL.
