• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Here in NC and Southern VA it got into the 80's today. I took a ride from Greensboro, NC to Meadows of Dan, Va. Then took the Blue Ridge Parkway North to US 220 and rode back to Greensboro. I saw plenty of motorcycles and a few Spyders also taking advantage todays great weather.

    I have the docking station and ordered it with dual 12V. That way I can power one or two 12v devices and if I need a high power USB, I just put in a USB adapter. That way I am not limited only low output USB ports.

    I use to have a 2016 RTL and currently have a 2023 S2S and am able to play my music from my phone with no problems and not physically hooked to the Spyder. I have an Android phone and it was not stated if you are using an Android or IOS phone that you are having problems with.

    I use them on my 2023 S2S and used the switch that came with them. Because I left the lights on 2 times when I put the Spyder up, I added a relay controlled by the switched aux power to remove power to the lights when the Spyder is off.

    I live in NC and often end up where there is no cell service or very weak. I use the Garman XT2 so that I do not have to worry about cell service when I need to use a map. More times than not, I just ride and not worry about a map while riding.

    I have a 2023 S2S and before it went on the road, I had a brake light flasher added for safety. The one I have has 10 settings. It has 5 flash patterns and each pattern can be set to flash then steady or flash then steady for about 15 seconds then repeat cycle.
