• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Large Power Sport Dealer ditches Spyders

One of the largest Power sports dealers in the US just dropped Spyders. Jonesboro Cycle & ATV in Arkansas. They still sell Can Am, just not on road models. They also sell several other brands.

They said they took them off the floor because they weren’t selling enough to justify floor space.

Service guy said they will still service and can even order new ones. Just won’t stock them.

Sad, but I can see it. I don't know that the Rykder or Canyon are selling that well, and I believe they have to carry the full line if they want to keep the Spyder.

I was in the local dealer today (RideNow Powersports Huntsville) for my first service on the RTL. All they had was one Ryker, a bare bones F3 and a Canyon on the show room floor.

Over on the Indian forums, I have read a similar story. One fellow took his bike to a dealer like an hour and half from his house that had been servicing it. Gets there and..... no dealer. Some internet poking and he found they had moved over to a Ride now outfit.

Karl Malone Power Sports in Provo discontinued Spyders as of Jan1 2026. They were not that great in the service dept anyway as far as I could tell. I don't know about the other Karl Malone dealerships around Utah, probably should call.

Indeed. They have no new inventory posted online in Provo, the SLC location however appears to be still selling them.

I bought a new 2026 S2S from Moto Untd here in Draper as they are just a couple of miles down the road from me. They treated me well. They seemed to sell through their S2S inventory pretty quickly when I bought mine last month. They had 3 S2S models online, but by the time I got to the store they had 1 left. I got a the KBB price for my 21 RT LTD trade which was fair I guess. I was treated very courteously and with good humor throughout the bike purchasing transaction there, as was my wife which is important. We had a good experience there, no pressure at all.

They had serviced my 2021 RT LTD a couple of times over the years I owned it and they seemed to know what they were doing. My S2S was assembled and PDI-ed correctly, no issues so far. It was still in the crate when I bought it.

I have been seeing more and more later model Spyder’s out and about at the south end of the SL valley so they must be selling OK from somewhere around here.

Curiously I’ve never seen a Ryker out in the wild in 5 years of Spyder ownership. They don’t seem to sell as nearly as well. Dealers always seem to have plenty in the showrooms whilst Spyder’s seem to come and go, which is interesting considering the price differential.

Your mileage may vary of course, but this was our experience.
