• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bad Vibration 2024 Can Am Spyder RT Limited - what can I do to improve my ride?

@Bake1987!, you said that you are new to the Spyder. Not giving much detail as to when you experience this vibration and your driving habits, shifting points, and the speeds you drive in the various gears, I would need more info before starting to replace parts. Spyders do have some inherent vibrations and if you're not accustomed to the bike, one can interpret “normal” stuff as different. Just saying.

I wouldn't call it the Kool-Aid, and I'm not beholden to Kenda. Do you ride mostly straightaways or curvy, mountainous roads? That will impact your performance and longevity. I ride very spiritedly and would never tolerate a car tire on my motorcycles or my Spyders.
All of the above rides. I rode one of my Spyders on a relocation/bucket list 1850 ride from Arizona to Washington in May 2024 which included Northern California highway 1 and 101, Oregon 101 and part of Washington coast before turning inland. And yes I push my Spyders hard in the twisties when not riding two up. I now have a Spyder in Washington for summer riding and one in Arizona for winter riding.

Mine developed a very noticeable shake after parking in a gravel parking lot. When I got it home, I raised it by the swing arm, and when I spun the rear wheel by hand I noticed a tight spot. There was a rock wedged in the teeth of the rear sprocket. Dug it out and everything was smooth again.
