There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
How does Communication work with newer Can Am's - Bluetooth?

You have to think differently about the Can-Am than the GL. I came from a Goldwing and had everything integrated through the GL hardwired interface - phone, external GPS, internal GPS, intercom and CB. I had to think of this more like my Moto Guzzi Norge. I still use a dedicated GPS (Garmin Zumo 665) which has internal .mp3 storage/playback and XM Radio and weather. The Zumo is connected to my headset (Sena 20s EVO or SC2 on the Schuberth helmet). I don't use my cell phone while riding, so I'm not streaming anything from it.
The '25 RT Limited has a USB-A connector in the glove box that is used to connect an iPhone to the display for using Apple Car Play - don't know if the F3 has something similar. Android Auto isn't really supported by Google (much less BRP) and I've only heard of one guy here who has made it work (or maybe he got Carpuride to work reliably - use the search function to find it).
