• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is the Ultimate seat narrower at the front?

Hi, is the 2021 Can-Am Spyder RT Ultimate Seat thinner at the front where it meets the tank compared to the stock seat please?
I feel like my legs are being pushed apart quite a lot and this causes hip pain after about 30 minutes. I also ride 2 wheels with obviously a thinner ‘tank’ and don’t get any hip pain at all, Thanks in advance.

I had a 2021 RT LTD and now have a 2026 Sea to Sky. The 2026 S2S seat is a vast improvement, but I cannot say that it is any different in dimensions across the front. The crown of the seat is higher as the padding is thicker, but I don't really notice any real difference in how the bike feels width wise. I think it's down to the width of the dummy tank if anything. Go to a dealer and sit on a S2S and that should give you an idea if that's more to your liking, as I suspect the S2S seat and the Ultimate Seat are very similar. The only thing I can think of that might otherwise help is to fit a set of heli-bars and sit further back to let your knees come closer together.
