The Throttle harness has been moved from the right side (on 2024's) to the left side for 2025 RT's. It is now under the left front speakers on top of the blower motor housing. You will need to remove the left side panels and look up for it from a very low position (I sat on the floor) with a flashlight to find it. I hope this helps you have less frustration than I did while trying to find it, because the 2024+ installation videos show it on the right side.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

According to a response I received to this question on CanAmSpyderForums: “found the connector under the RIGHT lower speaker housing remove the grill and it's down in there. I will post a picture. to get to it I had to remove the 3 panels on the right side and come from underneath. the problem is that CanAm has changed connectors and it looks more like what was used on the 2023. Pedal commander is now studying the problem and will let me know if the wiring is the same."You're welcome
Is it possible that there were two different setups on the 2025’s?
If it's a Can Am Spyder, then the answer to that ^ question is a resounding "YES!"
Oh, and there's also a good chance that neither the Owner's Manual nor any wiring diagram will truly reflect any version of what's actually there on said 2025's - the manual/wiring diagrams as published by BRP could well contain info/diagrams that've been cut & pasted from a completely different model, like maybe a 2013 RSS or maybe a 2015 F3!

Okay, so I just did this same thing on a 2025 RT S2S. It is no fun. So on mine, the connector is above in the center of the air box in the front. I did need to access it from the left side. You would never guess it to be there, so I'm not sure why it is there, but it is. I will post a pic, but I doubt it will do much good. It might give you an idea of where it is anyway. I tried to cram my phone up in the spot before I popped the connector off the mount, but it would not take a good photo. Removing speaker grills trying to find it did me no good at all. You just have to reach up and do it, that was the only way I found to get to it. Not sure which panels you need to remove, as I just happened to have them all off as I was doing a lot of different installs at the same time, so I had all the panels on both sides of the Spyder off already. It was actually quite illuminating taking all of the panels off for this work, as it really did allow me to see where everything is; in case I have issues in the future I know where things are now. The parking brake mechanism is interesting for sure. It was nice to see how the rear shock and air bag system works as well. Now I am at the point of starting to put everything back together.
That’s great. Hopefully it is the same on my 2025 RT Limited. So do you know if the connector is the same as for the 2024?

I do not know for a fact but I am fairly confident as this PedalBox Pro is listed for 2024/2025 which would mean they would be the same connector just in two very different locations. Someone said that they found the connector on the right side on a 2025 as well. But if I were you I would check the location in the picture I posted above.
LaMonster Garage is listing the PedalBox Pro as being available for “2024/2025”, but I have twice sent them messages asking them if they have installation instructions for the 2025 and they have never replied. SlingMods had been listing it for “2024+”, but when I asked them about it they said that it was specifically not for the 2025.
Correction, that was for the Pedal Commander at SlingMods.

I can tell you that I did get the PedalBox Pro from Lamonster and it does work on my 2025 S2S.

Disregard my question. After looking back I see that you just took a bunch of panels off, so I assume that means there were no specific instructions.

Very generic installation instructions and the video on their website is for earlier models as well. I figured it out from this forum thread. Everything is the same except for the location of the throttle connector. Once you find that, the rest is pretty easy. The programming and operation instructions are exactly the same as the earlier models and you can use the video and/or instruction booklet for that.

Glad I decided to pop on here before I installed the paddle box Pro on my 2025RTSTS. Spent the early afternoon installing dynamic driving lights and gonna do the pedal box this afternoon, but it sounds like I might want to give it a little more time it also sounds like the controller is in a completely different spot than I thought it was. Thanks for the info. I’ll let you know if I run any snags.

Thank you for the explanation for the location on your 2025 RT S2S. I have the same model and that was quite helpful in locating the needed connector. Still a pain to get my hands up in there and get it unplugged but was able to finally get it free. BTW, it works great, totally happy with the unit, vroom vroom!!
I was extremely fortunate to stumble across your posting on this topic. I took delivery of a ‘26 S2S a couple months back & am finally getting around to incorporating all sorts of aftermarket items (PedalBox, LM sway bar, Elkas all around, to name a few).
The photo you provided got me started. Yes, side panels do have to come off, but since I was already replacing all 3 shocks, there was no better time than now for the PB. Your photo put me right where I needed to be & right on the connection. Yes, a bit challenging to get to, but achievable. For the readers, just as StealthM pointed out, beginning in ‘25, the RT (assuming all variants) have the throttle connector as described.
I’m including a number of photos of the connector, its location, & the connection to the PB as reference. This is absolutely a DIY modification that you can achieve. Plenty of videos out there showing how to remove the panels. Just take your time.

I just bought a 26 S2S as well - Did you successfully add a Pedal Box or another throttle controller to yours? I bought a Roar Pedal because I was told it was the only brand compatible with the '26, but my dealership said it didn't fit, that the plug was not compatible.
